OMG People are Stupid!Person calls in, has no TV service, so I'm trying to figure out if everything is out or just digital is out.
Me: How many TV's do you have?
Her: I have 2 digital boxes.
Me: Yes, Ma'am, I see that, I'm asking how many TV's you have.
Her: I have a 12 inch in the bedroom.
Me: Ma'am, I've never been to your home before. Can you tell me how many televisions total you have in your house?
Her: I don't have any.
Me: .....
What do you mean you don't have any?
Her: I have two digital boxes.
Me: Are they hooked up to TV's?
Her: Yes.
Me: So you have at least two TV's?
Her: Yes.
Me: Do you have any other TV's not connected to a digital box?
Her: I have two digital boxes.
